Shipping policy

Orders placed online can be picked up at the winery at the south end of Howard Ave in Amherstburg. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
In the winter, pickups can be done Saturday 12-5, or at other times by prearrangement. Or you can stop by and order & pay onsite Saturday 12-5.
In spring, summer, and fall pickup can be done during our posted Tasting Garden hours.

We offer delivery within Windsor/Essex County. Delivery is $10, and is complementary for orders of $70 and up.
Orders place by Thursday are normally delivered on Friday. However, if one us is headed your way, we will try and deliver earlier.
We also often offer free delivery on seasonal special packages.

We offer flat fee shipping at $20 plus HST for orders of 1 to 11 bottles, and free shipping for a 12 bottle case or more.
For orders of more than 12 bottles, the order may arrive in more than one box.
We use Canada Post Expedited Post to keep the fee reasonable so it can take a few days for the wine to arrive.
Delivery will be attempted at your door, however should you not be home at that time, then your package will go to your local post office for pick up, within 10 business days. You will receive a notification card, that they attempted delivery before it’s brought to your post office. Please let us know if this service is not being provided as expected.
You must be 19 years of age or older to order and to accept the shipment, with government documentation showing you are of legal drinking age. Canada Post will not release packages to persons who appear intoxicated.
A NOTE RE COLD/HOT WEATHER: If the forecast looks really cold or hot, we may delay shipping until we can be sure the wine will arrive undamaged. You’ll receive an email if this happens.
